Responsibilities
- Focus on Loss Intelligence, Loss Eradication and Loss Prevention throughout the Operation (process, people & machine losses).
- Provides support on AM Pillar steps implementation.
- Coach core teams to identify and analyze losses and develop solutions and control plans using FI/Lean problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, RCA, SMED, Pareto, etc.
- Participates in daily management meetings and monthly/ annual loss analysis process, making use of PDCA to track performance and develop plans and actions to meet or exceed site targets.
What you will bring

Understanding of manufacturing operations
Understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes ( IL6S, statistical methods, loss analysis)
Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities
Project Management
Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools
Excellent command in English
Experience in Manufacture Unit at least 1 year
Fixed term contract: 1 year
