  Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that nurture children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth – all guided by the EYFS.
• 💛 Be a Key Person Who Truly Cares
  Build strong, nurturing relationships with your key children, support their individual needs, track their progress, and work closely with families every step of the way.

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for enthusiastic, caring people who love early years as much as we do:

• 🎓 Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
• 👶 Experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood development
• 💬 Great communication skills, strong organisation, and confidence applying child development knowledge to plan inspiring activities
• 🌟 A positive, team‑focused attitude with a big heart for little learners
