HOUSTON - Site Development, New Grad

Responsibilities:

• Work on a team while learning and being mentored by BGE employees
• Attend specific events and training geared toward career development. Interns will participate in intern-specific activities in addition to normal work activities.

Requirements:

For internships:

• Must be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.

For New Graduate (entry-level) positions: 

• Before starting employment, must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. 
• For Engineering disciplines, must have passed or be eligible to sit for the FE exam by the time of graduation.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong proficiency with business software (MS Office) and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong collaborator who works well on a team.
• Willingness and ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
