Community Support Person (CSP)

The case manager is a professional who actively supports the philosophy of the agency and maintains a high level of commitment to the program. Members of the Community Support team provide outreach services, case management, care coordination, and facilitate community linkages to Persons Served. These efforts are Person-Centered and in the interest of maintaining optimal functioning in the community. This position has a focus on individual's experiencing our judicial and recovery systems.
