Direct Support Professional - Leafydale (Mon-Tues 11a-11p, Sun 8a-11p)

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for providing comprehensive care and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals served. DSPs support individuals in their daily routines, personal care, social interactions, and skill development within residential settings, day programs, and community environments. As an essential part of the support team, DSPs act as mentors, advocates, and facilitators of meaningful experiences that align with each individual's goals and personal aspirations.
