Assistant Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the success of an individual store. They achieve success by working in the store and staying in constant contact with their customers and staff as well as the store manager. They provide and ensure that the staff give superior customer service as well as deal with sales, inventory, facilities and people management. They work under the direct supervision and guidance of the store manager.
