Job Description
Greets patrons and assists them with information about services, events, directions and how to participate in the Chautauqua experience. Interactions are in-person, live chat, email and by phone. 1-3 years of customer service experience including computer skills and knowledge of Chautauqua Institution is preferred. Interacts with patrons and staff to provide details about Chautauqua events and programs. Seasonal employment (summer).
