You will lead a globally distributed engineering team responsible for optimizing the full user funnel, from acquisition and onboarding to activation, retention, and expansion. The role combines strong people leadership with hands-on technical involvement, including guiding architecture discussions, reviewing fullstack implementations, and ensuring high-quality delivery of experimentation-driven work. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Analytics teams to translate insights into impactful product improvements. A key part of the role is building a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and AI-enabled development practices.
