The combined role develops, implements, and maintains an effective, organization-wide, data-driven Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program while simultaneously evaluating and meeting the comprehensive educational needs of the hospital.

This leader works with Hospital Leaders to shift focus to improving performance of hospital systems and processes, while developing clinical education, orientation, nurse residency, and preceptor programs.

The role is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation requirements.
