Clinical Supervisor - Night Shift

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical supervision and hospital operations during assigned shift. Assesses, plans, coordinates, and evaluates the clinical and operational functions of the unit to ensure quality, cost effective health care is provided by an educated and competent staff. Serves as a patient advocate and an administrative resource during the shift to ensure care meets hospital and professional standards.

Qualifications: Unrestricted RN license to practice in the state of employment. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred. 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably ICU. Current ACLS and BLS
