Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineering Manager to lead the strategy, development, and deployment of manufacturing automation across our organization. This Calgary‑based role oversees a team of automation engineers and works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IT, and Operations to drive improvements in productivity, quality, safety, and cost. The manager establishes automation standards, leads capital automation projects, supports Lean‑focused operational excellence, and ensures all systems meet regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
