Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and Mentor
- Lead a team of technical professionals, assign workloads, and set priorities for team members.
- Mentor Analysts and Coordinators
- Participate in system enhancements as requested
- Maintain adequate staffing for the department including hiring and termination of employees
- Ensure adequate and proper documentation of all team tasks
- Oversees efficiency of direct reports
- Prepare and deliver performance reviews
- Maintain open communication with the team and management
- Create training and motivational tools and resources
- Provides guidance to employees pertaining to performance and procedures
- Provides ongoing feedback, guidance, and support to employees and managers
- Holds weekly one on one sessions with direct reports
Escalations
- Reports any issues with Allied’s insurance tracking system
- Leads and participates in testing of system changes and enhancements
- Lead on the more complex lender implementations and issues.
- Assists manager and other departments with special projects
Administrative Duties
- Works with manager to establish suitable goals, action plans, and timelines for employees
- Responsible for updating Workday for pay increases, title changes, PTO, etc. for direct reports
*Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
- A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Field of Study: Technical Field
- 3 – 4 years of related work experience
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Experience with employee supervision and mentoring.
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail
- Excellent prioritization skills
- Outstanding skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
