Job Description
Position Summary
Responsible for customer sampling and prototyping by using the best, most efficient production solution
Actively provide sales supports in application related matters under condsideration of the relevant market requirements
Responsible for the conduction of apllication test rows and its reporting
Responsible for the CUST process activites
Essential Functions
Leading and driving CUST Projects
Adapting Customer part design to Oetiker portfolio
Participation in meetings with customer – at Oetiker and Customer Facility
Supporting in PPAP process
Collect innovation impulses and record concrete ideas to AM
Conduct benchmark research with competitve products and validate the results
Responsible for the production of samples and prototypes according to global standardized methods
Ensure close cooperation with the R&D
Support collaboration with selected customers which are involved in the innovation process in a early stages of development
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Ability to combine solution pattern
- Communicative, pass on knowledge
- English language is a must.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, enjoy working in a team environment.
- Being a team player
- Habituated to work under objectives
- Strong problem solving skills to identify and analyse the problem and think creatively to provide a solution
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- A proactive/can do attitude is vital
- Driving licence
Education / Experience
Higher technical degree with additional knowledge in business administration
Computer skills (Office, ERP, etc.)
First leadership experience
