Construction Inspector

Graham Technologies is seeking a Construction Inspector to support construction oversight and quality assurance activities at Hurlburt Field, Florida.

Location: Hurlburt Field, FL (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of construction projects
• Verify compliance with plans, specifications, and standards
• Document deficiencies and corrective actions
• Review contractor submittals and progress reports
• Monitor construction quality, safety, and schedule performance
• Prepare inspection reports and recommendations

Required Skills:

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of construction inspection experience involving facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Clearance:

• Eligible to obtain and maintain NACI/SF-85 suitability determination

Skills:

• Construction quality assurance
• Building systems inspection
• Report preparation and documentation
• Knowledge of construction standards and codes

Desired Skills:

• ICC certification
• DoD construction oversight experience
• OSHA training
