Nebraska Medicine is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Psychology team. This full-time role is based at Main Campus at Nebraska Medicine and plays a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations, including checking patients in and out and scheduling patient appointments as well as providing administrative support.

Duties: Administrative Assistant - Psychology
Support management and/or applicable department(s) by providing clerical and general office support, logistical coordination, and assistance with fiscal/data management.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of one year clerical/general office experience required.
• High school education or equivalent required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel required.
• Ability to problem solve required.
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task required.
• Demonstrated organizational skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Post-secondary education preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to type 35 wpm with 90% accuracy preferred.
