
Director, Medical Business Development - Minneapolis, MN
Job Description
This role prioritizes new customer acquisition over day-to-day account management. Existing network of contacts within the Med-Device space is a plus. There will be existing accounts assigned, however day to day account management will be coordinated through account managers and commercial operations to ensure the Business Development Director maintains the capacity to pursue new opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and close high-value, multi-year manufacturing programs within FDA and ISO 13485 regulated environments.
Success is measured by new program acquisition, qualified pipeline growth, disciplined opportunity follow-up, and achieving $2.5 million in new annual sales awards. Annual pipeline growth of $40 Million in vetted opportunities as a targeted goal.
