About the role
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex remote software and digital transformation projects. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and operational excellence. You will oversee delivery processes, mentor project teams, and drive continuous improvement across project operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic project planning and execution
- Manage large-scale cross-functional remote teams
- Define delivery frameworks, governance, and operational standards
- Oversee timelines, budgets, resource planning, and risk management
- Align project execution with company goals and product strategy
- Drive Agile maturity and process optimization initiatives
- Manage executive-level stakeholder communication and reporting
- Mentor project managers and team leads
- Ensure delivery quality, operational efficiency, and scalability
Required Skills
- 5+ years of project/program management experience
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies
- Proven experience managing remote engineering and product teams
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with strategic planning and delivery operations
- Strong understanding of SDLC, SaaS delivery, and scaling processes
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and budgets
- Ability to lead process improvement initiatives
Industry Standards & Expectations
- Strong knowledge of Agile governance and delivery frameworks
- Experience with KPI-driven project management
- Familiarity with enterprise project reporting standards
- Understanding of roadmap planning and portfolio management
- Experience leading remote-first operational processes
- Strong documentation, compliance, and communication discipline
- Ability to balance delivery speed with quality and sustainability
Nice to Have
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Scrum certifications
- Experience managing international or distributed teams
- Background in software engineering or product management
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise environments
- Experience with OKRs, business operations, and scaling teams
What We Offer
- 100% remote, full-time position
- $1,500–$2,000/month (depending on experience)
