Your mission

  • Offer specialized technical support for PV string inverters.
  • Conduct thorough training sessions for customers, installers, and EPCs regarding technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with R&D to address overarching issues and devise effective troubleshooting strategies.
  • Undertake site visits to assist customers with problem resolution and gather crucial data.
Prepare comprehensive reports to facilitate product failure analysis and risk assessment.

Your profile

Alright, alright, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:
  • Hold a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or an Industrial degree with deep knowledge in either branch.
  • Possess relevant certifications for one of the EU countries.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English (C1) and Spanish (C1).
  • Be prepared to travel up to 50% of your time to provide support across Europe.
  • Exhibit extensive knowledge of the PV industry and experience with related products.
