Key Responsibilities

Production Support and Incident Management
  1. Provide support for web and mobile applications built on AEM platforms.
  2. Investigate and resolve production issues across web, app, and backend
    systems.
  3. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
  4. Monitor system health and ensure high availability.
Infrastructure and Platform Understanding:
  1. Understand AEM architecture, web and mobile application flows.
  2. Work with HTTP protocols, web servers, and application servers.
  3. Support AWS infrastructure including environment configurations.
  4. Troubleshoot CDN-related issues including Akamai caching and routing.
  5. Work with VTMs/load balancers for traffic management.
Monitoring, Debugging and Security:
  1. Analyse logs using Splunk, Coralogix, or similar log aggregation tools.
  2. Support CI/CD deployments and troubleshooting using Jenkins.
  3. Perform log analysis and proactive monitoring.
  4. Support patching, upgrades, and security compliance activities.
  5. Ensure adherence to security best practices (SSL, headers, vulnerabilities).
  6. Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployments and environment issues.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in application support or platform engineering.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale web and mobile platforms.
Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of AEM, web and mobile application architecture.
  • Knowledge of HTTP, web servers, and app servers.
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure and configurations.
  • Understanding of Akamai/CDNs and caching strategies.
  • Experience with VTMs or load balancers.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Splunk and log analysis.
  • Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic,
  • Coralogix, Splunk or similar platforms.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
