Your role at a glance

The Senior Associate IT Data Center Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining the daily operations of data center infrastructure and IT service desk functions while providing advanced technical support and operational guidance. This role serves as an experienced technical resource to ensure system stability, service availability, operational efficiency, and timely incident resolution across the IT environment.
The successful candidate will lead troubleshooting activities, support infrastructure maintenance, monitor system performance, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements and operational excellence within the data center environment.

What we are looking for

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, server, and network-related issues
• Handle complex service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution within established SLAs
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, server, virtualization, and network issues both remotely and onsite
• Support daily data center operations to ensure high system availability, uptime, and operational reliability
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade server hardware, operating systems, and supporting infrastructure
• Perform routine maintenance activities including system health checks, patching, upgrades, backup verification, and preventive maintenance
• Monitor network, infrastructure, and system performance proactively to identify and mitigate operational risks
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, root cause analysis, configurations, procedures, and maintenance records
• Coordinate and work closely with vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams for troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and service delivery
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members and support continuous process improvement initiatives
• Participate in shift operations, including weekends, night shifts, and escalation support when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in IT support, network operations, data center operations, or IT infrastructure support
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, Windows/Linux operating systems, virtualization technologies, and IT infrastructure environments
• Good understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and connectivity troubleshooting
• Experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and operational support processes
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, or night shifts as operationally required
