About the team The Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across Indonesia. The team builds brand awareness, drives user engagement, and enhances the overall shopping experience.

About the role As a IP Campaign Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end execution of large-scale e-commerce promotional campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize resource efficiency and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing Brand IP marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with internal account managers, user research, creator manager, and other cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing team, PR, graphic designers, product team, R&D team, etc) for campaign creation and optimization.
  • Conduct data analysis on campaign performance (including against order and GMV targets) and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimization, such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaign performance.
  • Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns.
  • Responsible for campaign monetization to optimize campaign revenue and platform ROI.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in e-commerce and/or brand companies
  • Excellent marketing planning skills with innovative spirit, great logical thinking ability; and had the experience of owning a comprehensive marketing campaign from ideation to execution
  • Keen user product awareness, familiar with social media applications, like to understand and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to marketing hotspot
  • Strong executive ability, communication ability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Having campaign experience with local brands
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
