CNA Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, personalized care while observing and reporting residents’ conditions and needs
Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests in a courteous and professional manner
Assist nursing staff with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Support residents during meal service to promote nutrition and comfort
Communicate important updates and observations to the clinical team to help ensure resident safety and quality care
Assist residents with activities of daily living according to individualized care plans
