Lifeguarding Instructor

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Lifeguarding Instructors teach valuable lifesaving skills while maintaining a safe learning environment. Lifeguarding Instructors will teach in accordance with the American Red Cross basic-level Lifeguarding standards and ensure the competency of each participant. Instructors will arrive on time, prepared with the predetermined lesson plan. Explain, demonstrate, and provide feedback while each participant practices water rescues and skills to proficiency.
