Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for channeling all guest requests by acting as a “single point of contact” for the guests.
- Answers and directs all incoming phone calls efficiently and correctly.
- Records and allocates messages for guests when unavailable.
- Communicates with guests over the phone to record all food-orders and utilize effective up-selling techniques
