Design and seamless customer experiences cross AIS strategic touchpoints; online and human touch points. And initiate customer journey to fulfill and beyond expectations.

Job Description

1. Align the omni-channel strategy, vision, and objectives with the business's strategic priorities

2. Find opportunities & problems to initiatives key strategic omni channel experiences

3. Make the process/ system development and operations of all initiatives sustainable

4. Manage and ensure the program has the resources and support it needs to succeed

5. Collaborate and ensure a smoot flow of communication from the top-down to working team

6. Monitor and Tracking Performance and Improvement
