Job Summary

1st tier technical support provide technical assistant and service for EDS customers for technical problems and service request.

Job Description

1. Work in the shift working (24x7)

2. First diagnostic problem and do first troubleshooting of enterprise solutions;

- EDS (MPLS, SD-WAN, 5G)

- ICT (Cloud, Firewall)

- Mobile services (M2M, SMS)

3.To be ticket owner who do proactive update progress incident to customer within OLA time

4.To ensure service of customer are normal after incident restoration
