Primary Objectives of Position:
- Apply product to customers’ lawn in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s efficiency
- Help achieve the company’s mission and goals
- Perform all tasks with excellent customer service
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Mix and handle pesticides
- Apply the pesticide mixture and fertilizer to customers lawns in a timely manner
- Maintain and clean equipment on a regular schedule
- Report any faulty equipment or product to appropriate personnel
- Attend training and cooperative meetings as required
- General maintenance of overall equipment
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Adhere to all company, federal and state policies and procedures.
- Be able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long hours.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License. We will assist in that process.
- May be asked to work some Saturdays.
