Job Description

This position is responsible for leadership and strategic oversight of Operations, Purchasing, Inventory Planning & Management, Freight Contract Management, COE Development, and vendor relationships, including engagement with Curbell branch locations and supplier events. The operational responsibility will also include consistently enhancing competitive advantage in strategic geographic coverage, warehousing, distribution, and logistics through the implementation of cutting-edge equipment, new technologies, lean practices, process re-engineering & automation initiatives, new system and compliance programs, dashboard metrics, and other relevant methodologies to boost effectiveness, accuracy, and productivity. Lead recycling initiatives in collaboration with Sales, EH&S, and Operations.
