Job Description
The Supply & Demand Planning Manager will own end to end demand planning and supply alignment across wholesale, Amazon, and direct to consumer (DTC) channels for a growing water filtration business. This role requires a strong combination of analytical rigor, commercial acumen, and cross functional leadership to translate diverse demand signals into an actionable, executable plan.
This individual will be responsible for integrating multiple data sources, understanding channel specific dynamics, and driving a disciplined SIOP / IBP process that balances service, inventory, and financial outcomes.
