Job Description
Pharmacist - Per Diem Position Summary: Under the direction of the Pharmacy Operations Manager, processes medication orders and provides clinical evaluation of drug therapies for cardiovascular, vascular, and pulmonary patient populations for complete medication management, assuring all patients receive safe and effective drug therapy. Participates on multidisciplinary committees as assigned; Rapid Response and Code Blue Team Member; Provides supervision to Pharmacy Technicians assisting in these processes.
