Looking for a Full-Time maintenance tech/ Painter
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00 per hour
Job Purpose: Under general supervision, performs a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of Assisted Living Community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes daily work orders, written and verbal, as assigned by the Maintenance Director in a timely manner.
- Maintains and operates all equipment in a safe manner.
- Assists Director of Maintenance with department's Preventative Maintenance Program.
- Responds to minor requests by staff in a timely manner.
- Assists with maintaining the exterior and interior appearance of the building, i.e. snow removal, cleaning heating vents, etc.
- Maintains furnishings as directed by Maintenance Director.
Accepts on call duties. - Applies "5 Star" customer service approach in all aspects of job.
- Committed to working with residents and families to develop and implement strategies that promote person-centered care.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements: - High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
- Experience in building maintenance is required.
- Painting experience
- Strong ability to set priorities and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
