Our cooks at Hampton Inn & Suites/Home2 Suites Las Vegas meticulously plan, prep, and set up food production for all hotel food & beverage outlets. They create detailed schedules, ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow. Cooks adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, keeping the kitchen clean and organized. They also contribute to menu development, suggesting new dishes and ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate has strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is primarily scheduled for evening shifts and requires availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
