Banquet Server

Provides all guest an enjoyable, friendly and professional service that exceeded their expectations in every banquet or event. Assist with the set-up of all banquet and special events and executes all functions of catering from host, cocktail server, back server, to exit usher. All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Downstream Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
