Consultative Pharmacy Technician 3 (After-Hours) - Remote, PA

The After-Hours Consultative Pharmacy Technician 3 role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely prescription data entry, medication profiling, and Medication Administration Record (MAR) management for IPU patients outside of regular business hours. This role reviews and processes faxed medication orders, resolves urgent prescription issues, supports Automated Dispensing System (ADS) troubleshooting, and communicates effectively with hospices, prescribers, and internal stakeholders. This role is also responsible for maintaining detailed documentation of all interactions, assists with compliance reporting, and ensures adherence to regulatory and organizational standards, while demonstrating flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
