As a Senior Talent Partner, you will lead recruiting for site-level roles while supporting high-volume hiring across multiple markets. This role focuses on building strong pipelines and partnering with leaders to stay ahead of hiring needs.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with operational leaders to support hiring across multiple markets
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for Customer Experience Advisors and site-level leadership roles
• Build talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and community outreach
• Support hiring for new site openings, backfills, and market expansion
• Provide recruiting updates while ensuring a strong candidate experience
