Project Engineer

The Project Engineer will play a key role in managing the technical and permitting aspects of El Car Wash’s construction projects. This position supports the Director of Construction by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure sites are permitted, built, and delivered on time and within scope. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to oversee multiple active projects.

This is a hands-on role that combines field and office work, with approximately 50% travel to construction sites across Florida and other markets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing administrative tasks with on-site execution, and is excited by the scalability and growth of a rapidly expanding developer-owned organization.
