Early Childhood Educator - Level 2

Kids & Company is looking for caring, flexible, and enthusiastic On‑Call Supply Early Childhood Educators to support our St. Albert – Grandin centre.

What You’ll Do

• Support the delivery of an Emergent Curriculum that meets the developmental needs of children
• Foster children’s emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain accurate daily documentation, health checks, and safety standards
• Assist with classroom transitions and daily routines
• Collaborate with families and external professionals such as Speech and Occupational Therapists
• Step in to support classrooms as needed and contribute to a positive team environment
• Participate in required training sessions and team meetings when scheduled

What You Bring

• Valid Alberta ECE Certification
• Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B
• Clear Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check (dated within the last 3 months)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑focused approach
• Flexibility and reliability to work on an on‑call basis
• Ability to lift and/or support up to 45 lbs
