Security Officer

Under  the  direction of the Chief of Investigations, duties  include  but are not limited to facility security, staffing a magnetometer, screening, and directing visitors, logging evidence and writing reports when  requ ir ed .  A  Security  Officer  is responsible  for assisting  Investigators  in collecting and analyzing  information from  a variety of sources .  They  are required to run criminal histories providing  the  information to and assisting Investigators in achieving case  objective s.  Security Officers are  requi r ed to  respo nd anywhere  in  the Attorney General's Office  in  the event of emergencies and to assist employees of the Attorney General's Office in the event of...
