Customer Care Agent (Hybrid)
Job Description
Customer Care HOME OFFICE / On site
Conduent is looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service agents!
Training starts as soon as possible
Working from home after training and nesting (1 month on site)
We support Expertpay, a child-support payment-processing center. Expertpay processes payments for the 50 states of the United States, plus Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We assist Parents Paying Support, Employers, and Payroll service providers. Our service is to help users to navigate on the website, reactivate accounts and send passwords, inquiries about their payments, etc.

Requirements:
-Full Availability to work on different schedules
-Customer care experience
-Fluent English
-Good Grammar skills
-Computer skills
-Internet at home (25 MBPS)
