Peer Recovery Support Specialist - Outreach & Engagement - Adult Bridge

$19/hr plus generous benefit package & PTO! Peer Recovery Support Specialist provides support services, based on an individualized, recovery-focused service philosophy to allow individuals the opportunity to learn to manage their own recovery and advocacy process. PRSS will work to enhance the development of natural supports, coping skills and other skills to function as independently as possible in the community. Services are delivered to high risk adult population who carry a serious mental illness, substance abuse, co-occurring /medically co-morbid diagnosis. FCS utilizes the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model of care. As a member of a multi-disciplinary care team you will successfully support clients by providing whole person care with this transformative model.
