We are seeking a Business Consultant with strong business consulting experience, excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to support strategic business and operational improvement initiatives. The role requires assessing process maturity, identifying opportunities for transformation and optimization, benchmarking against industry best practices, and advising leadership on improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and measurable business outcomes.

What will your job look like?

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct workshops and requirement sessions to capture current-state processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Analyze business operations and identify inefficiencies, manual interventions, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend practical solutions and best practices to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and service quality.
• Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, gap analysis reports, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with business teams and operations teams to validate requirements and process designs.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.

All you need is...

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• 6+ years of experience in business consulting, business analysis, or process improvement roles.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management & workshop facilitation.
• Experience working in a consulting or business transformation environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business process redesign, operational excellence, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to the telecommunications industry is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with workflow improvement and service lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs or enterprise implementations.
