Equipment Operator - Solar

A Solar Construction Operator supports material handling and installation activities on a utility-scale solar project. The Operator will have hands-on experience with ATI and Nextracker racking systems, as well as proven capability in offloading and staging solar modules in a safe and efficient manner. This role is critical to ensuring the timely delivery, handling, and placement of key components for project success. The Equipment Operators - Solar are responsible for handling and operating heavy machinery used in the construction, installation, and maintenance of solar farms and large-scale renewable energy projects.
