We are Air Products, a leading multinational company in the industrial sector, highly interested in having committed, motivated employees who seek professional stability as part of our team. We’re seeking a Software Developer to design, build, and support enterprise web applications using modern technologies. This role partners closely with functional analysts, solution architects, and infrastructure teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong experience with the .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and React, enjoys learning new technologies, and brings a systems‑level mindset to solving complex problems in agile environments. Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and modern development tools is key, along with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Work closely with functional analysts, solution architects and technical leads to develop new and existing solutions.

  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure teams during implementations.

  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

  • Learn new technologies and be a change agent to introduce technologies to the IT enablement teams.

  • Leverage skills to develop proof-of-concepts for projects, and when needed utilize advanced programming techniques for complex situations.

  • Provide technical support for applications.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • Advanced English.

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related technical discipline.

  • Experience working with information technology.

  • Experience with the .NET tech stack (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).

  • Experience with React.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills are required, and the ability to work independently.

  • Systems level thinking - see big picture and interconnects.

  • Familiarity with the agile methodologies & software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Knowledge and experience in applying object-oriented design and implementation.

  • Knowledge and experience with project methodologies, e.g. ALM or Agile.

  • Experience with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.

  • Experience developing web applications with SOA, RESTful APIs, and/or MVC architectures.

  • Experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

  • Experience with relational or object database environments (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB).

  • Experience in AWS or similar cloud platforms.

  • Experience with Git for version control is a plus.
