Job Description
Under the direction of the Beverage Shift Supervisor, the incumbent maintains adequate levels of bar supplies and equipment as required and a high standard of cleanliness to bar areas to ensure high caliber service to customers. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Minimum of six (6) months experience in a restaurant, bar, casino, or resort. Must be reliable, dependable and well organized with good personal hygiene habits. Frequent lifting/carrying of weights over 100 pounds, reaching, stooping, squatting and bending. Pushes, pulls, stocks and unloads carts and liquor cabinets. Must be 21 years of age.
Must be available weekends and work at least 4 shifts per week.
