Principal Juvenile Counselor (Juvenile Detention Officer) - Second Shift

Under general supervision, performs work of considerable difficulty in the field of community corrections with juvenile offenders.  Professionals in this class counsel, supervise, process, record, evaluate and make recommendations on all incoming referrals and/or juveniles held in detention. The position requires shift work consisting of working weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, and overtime.
