Job Description
The Program Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents in a juvenile justice residential setting using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach. Additionally, this position provides case management services to the adolescents on his or her assigned caseload and crisis intervention as needed. Hours of Work Generally, Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day. Some evening and/or weekend hours may be required to meet the needs of youth and their families.
