Lead Medical Assistant

The Lead Medical Assistant supports clinical operations by providing direct patient care and serving as the first-line resource for Medical Assistants at assigned site(s). This role ensures high-quality care, coordinates daily workflows, trains new staff, and promotes compliance with clinical protocols and organizational standards. The Lead MA collaborates with providers and nursing leadership to maintain smooth clinic flow and an exceptional patient experience.
