Maintenance Mechanic
Third Shift - 10:00pm-6:30am

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and continuously improving performance:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to meet operational demands
Respond quickly to breakdowns and support critical maintenance needs across the facility
Identify equipment issues through observation and performance metrics
Perform preventative and periodic maintenance to maximize uptime
Partner with Reliability Mechanics to keep equipment operating at peak efficiency
Reduce process losses by improving settings, adjustments, and standards
Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, loss elimination, etc.)
Train and coach Line Leads and Operators on equipment standards and autonomous maintenance
Translate technical/OEM information into practical, easy-to-follow processes
Participate in daily shift meetings to prioritize work and minimize downtime
Maintain parts inventory and ensure tools are readily available
Complete maintenance reports, work orders, and documentation accurately
What We Need From You:
High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
3+ years of maintenance experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
Experience with equipment such as conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, and drive systems
Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance tracking
Knowledge of GMP and OSHA safety standards
Ability to read and interpret SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Ability to train and support others on the production floor
Physical & Work Environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Work in a production/warehouse environment with moderate noise
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of tools and equipment
Exposure to moving machinery, forklifts, and powered industrial equipment
