Job Description
- Ensure correct implementation and operation of HR processes in the system, with focus on time & attendance.
- Review specifications and test cases, verifying results from a business perspective.
- Design, write, execute, and document test cases and test protocols for HR systems and process changes.
- Validate data accuracy, process flows, and calculations against legal and business requirements.
- Visualize HR processes (e.g. process flows, diagrams) to support transparency, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and IT Services to support process improvements and quality assurance.
- Actively contribute to the development of a multifunctional HR QA setup covering multiple HR domains.
- Background in HR or payroll, and basic SAP knowledge.
- German language skills (B2+) to work with documentation and test protocols.
- Good understanding of HR processes, especially time & attendance and payroll.
- Analytical, detail-oriented approach with ability to follow test protocols.
- Motivation to grow in a role combining HR expertise and QA testing.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work in an international team.
