Job Description
Assists real property appraisers in the overall appraisal process by performing a variety of technical and sub-professional appraisal functions; prepares scaled building sketches of complex structures taken from blueprints; and performs other related duties as required. Distinguishing Characteristics: This class is distinguished by its primary responsibility for providing technical support to professional appraisers in the overall evaluation and appraisal of real property for tax assessment purposes.
